FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to know how to play already?
Not at all. The course is designed for absolute beginners as well as players that have some knowledge and want to play by official National Mah Jongg League rules.
How long do I have access?
Your purchase gives you three months of access from the day you sign in. Come back as often as you like within that window — review the Charleston, joker exchanges, or any lesson you want before your three months are up.
What is the refund policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find the course isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To maintain fairness, refunds are available only if less than 20% of the course content has been completed. Refund requests must be submitted by email within the refund period.
Is this a passive video that I am watching?
Unlike traditional videos posted online, our website focuses on active learning by combining narration, listening, and reinforcement techniques that help users learn and understand the rules of the game.
Do I need to go through each lesson in one sitting?
Each page of the course is independent. You can decide how long you would like to spend learning each session. You can review or fast forward through topics that you already understand.
I already took a lesson in person. Will this course be helpful?
Absolutely! The course is designed not only to teach new material but also to reinforce and strengthen what you've already learned through guided narration, repetition, and review.
